Zoe Rosenberg is a 15 year old animal rights activist and founder of the Happy Hen Animal Sanctuary, a non profit 501c3 organization I started when I was 11 years old. In 2017, I gave a TEDx talk at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo about my experience on the mound at Dodger Stadium. I have spoken on many panels at various animal rights events, as well as at protests and marches, including the San Francisco March To Close All Slaughterhouses. Chef Charity is more than a chef, as many professional athletes will attest. She currently provides vegan meal preparation to several NFL players and was recently featured on ESPN, highlighting her awesome home made meals that have encouraged athletes improve their athletic performance and educate themselves about their overall health.
Chef Charity holds a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and is extremely passionate about health, nutrition and providing a more panoramic view about what it means to live a plant-based lifestyle. Chef Charity is enthusiastic about sharing her culinary expertise with the world. Her dedication to the plant-based lifestyle, healthy living and commitment to education about food and nutrition, provide her with an unwavering motivation to teach others bringing happy and healthy families to the table.
As a lover of food, and a self-proclaimed foodie, her goal is to assist people in making an easy transition from animal products to well-balanced plant-based meals. She does this by providing nutrient rich and savory, easy to follow recipes, along with education about what the benefits of an organic, non-GMO, plant-based lifestyle has on the body and overall well-being.
Although Chef Charity has well over 15 years of experience, her calling to become a plant-based chef followed from her family’s own transition, which when paired with her affinity to be creative and cook, this became the driving force propelling her calling to become a plant-based, vegan and transitional chef.

Chef Babette is a world-class healthy chef, fitness expert and motivational speaker. She runs a successful restaurant, Stuff I Eat located in Inglewood, CA.  Chef Babette has a loyal fan base via social media and participating in health various summit events around the country. She is a force of nature who seems to be able to do it all and transformed her life at the young age of 40.
Chef Babette’s life journey has been filled with both challenges and opportunities. As a child she suffered from severe asthma and endured many digestive disorders. As an adult, the native of Los Angeles, made the conscious decision to eat for the sake of nutrition. The best seller Fit for Life by Harvey and Marilyn Diamond initiated her journey towards self-healing. Her passion lies in inspiring and exposing individuals who may not otherwise be acquainted with healthier lifestyles due to environmental and economic barriers or the simple lack of knowledge.
Becoming a self taught chemist in the kitchen perfecting healthy foods that taste out of this world allowed her to eat and enjoy the meals she loved without the guilt or associated “diseases” or ailments.
Initially becoming a Sunday food vendor at the City of Angels Church and Agape Spiritual Center, Chef Babette opened her own restaurant in the heart of downtown Inglewood, California. Opened in 2008, Stuff I Eat, brings much needed healthy soul food to a community that lacked such a culinary jewel.
Chef Babette shares an array of raw and cooked recipes including Inspirational Messages and Chef B’s Delectable Delights. Continuing to spread the word of Chef B’s Delectable Delights, she is hard at work on her first book, Cash In On Cashews, the first book in her Crave Series, which focuses on the versatility of the amazing cashew nut.
Fueling her body with the nutrients to allow her to continue the active lifestyle and body she proudly displays at the age of 66. It is her passion to help other embrace health and start today no matter how old you are.

John Pierre was recently inducted into the North American Vegetarian Society Hall of fame, and continues to contribute to magazines and publications in the area of health and fitness.
